Her childhood was spent between Africa and France. In March 2024, L'Espadon received one Michelin star. The restaurant sources vegetables and herbs from Saint-Nom-la-Bretèche near the Versailles plain. The hotel's aromatic garden supplies fresh herbs and flowers.
